Open Water Workouts - Newbie Series

This series is geared for more beginner (newbie) swimmers that would like to try open water swimming and/or improve their swim leg of triathlons.   This is a weekly workout/instructional session that gets you acclimated to open water swimming and give you more confidence in open water.   The  30 minute class will be held at East Beach in front of the Cabrillo Pavilion at 5pm.

 instructional workouts will include:

1. Recommended gear/wetsuits

2. Race strategy and race starts

3.  Open Water Skills (sighting, drafting, stroke based upon water conditions, turns)

4.  Conditioning


6 sessions for $100 

NOTE:  Series will require 6 registrants
